Weekly Stills

Soaking in the last few days of summer while we can

Wall paper samples line the lounge floor, a new project is well under way.

A picnic at the farm under the shade of some lovely old trees

The last of the beautiful sun flowers brought inside to brighten the house
Watching the sheep cooling in the shade
Packing away the last of the romper suits, by babies aren't babies any more.
Riding her bike with her beautiful wings
We celebrated my birthday (tomorrow) with a lovely afternoon tea under the trees on Granny's deck.

 Another week soaking up having Tommy home, a birthday looming for me tomorrow and a big week of school with Poppy doing her first three days in a row (I'm sure Thursday will be a long day.) 

 This week I will be in the garden, freshening it up for autumn and will be looking forward to heading away with my family for the long weekend.

    aww our summers ending and yours is just beginning, im very envious of those romper suits, cute boys stuff is hard to come by!

      No my summer is ending, I'm In Australia :) heading into Autumn. Very bittersweet. xo

    Happy early birthday!

    Those wings are gorgeous! Did you make them?
    I still try to put Toddler C in a onesie whenever I can...I just bought him a size 2 wondersuit for sleeping in...I still love thinking of him as a baby!

    And this week I am back to work after a month of holidays!
    I can't say I am entirely looking forward to it...although there will be aspects of it that will be good...like getting paid!

      Yes I made the wings, a little fiddly for a novice sewer like me but I got there.
