Carrots

Cleaning out the garden ready for some spring planting in a few weeks time, carrots are always fun to pull with little ones, they are excited to see how big, little or funny looking the next one will be.

Putting them in a milk crate and hosing them so they're clean enough to take inside and sort.

Apart from cutting into little sticks and dipping in Hommus (which is our favorite way to enjoy them), we made Carrot Pancakes, Carrot cake, and today we are going to try this spiced carrot and lentil soup.
