Monsters

My gorgeous Alexis has the most amazing imagination, she could easily spend an hour playing with her ponies making up stories as she goes along, in the morning she often hops into our bed and tell us some of the most amazing dreams she has had (usually making something up as she goes along.)

But unfortunately this means she has been having trouble some nights with imagining there is monsters in her room, and has trouble going back to sleep in the wee hours of the morning.

So this morning when I was exhausted after another long night I thought I would have a go at whipping up some "Monster Spray", it's as easy as getting a bottle of air freshener and making a new label. You could also use an empty spray bottle and fill it with some water.

I realise that my poor girl is tired from her big days at Kinder and the muggy heat lately would also be disturbing her sleep, but anything to help her feel safe and for us all to get some sleep. 

I'll let you know how the Monster Spray goes.
