These scrolls are so easy, sometimes Poppy whips them up without any help.
We love them as an afternoon snack or even in lunch boxes instead of a sandwich.
Mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt (I use light) with 1 cup of self raising flour and you have yourself a dough.
Give it a knead and roll it out on the bench (adding a little more flour if the dough is too wet)
I split my dough in two, on half I put something like pizza sauce, ham and cheese (some times leftover roast veggies chopped up)
and on the other half, some Vegemite and cheese.
Roll 'em up, slice into rounds and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until they start to turn golden.
How easy is that!
