Gooey Bananas

We love having a bonfire or 'farm fire' as we call them, and cooking up some lunch or treats.
These 'gooey bananas' were on the menu recently, they were SO good, too good not to share, so here they are...

With the peel still on, make a 'seam' in the banana and open it up. Fill with delicious goodies, caramels, chocolate, marshmallows or brown sugar and cinnamon makes a delicious caramel.

Wrap tightly in foil.

Place the bananas in the hot coals for about 10 minutes, turning once.

Open and enjoy your gooey goodness... How easy was that?!

Make sure to make extra's as everyone will want one!

Have you entered my lovely give away?
