We went to see The Wiggles and she got to meet her idol
They played late into the hot evenings
We stocked up at the markets
We made the most of any sun we were given
My Nanna treated me to high tea... fancy.
We picked (and ate) out first snow peas
She played in the water
We ate to suit the season
If you were looking for me at 2am this week, I would have been outside packing away toys and sandpit in the yard as the rain has been so unexpected. The weather has been so crazy, one day it would be hot and the kids would spend the day in their bathers then the very next we would be in jumpers and beanies.
The highlight of our week was definitely when Poppy got to meet the new yellow Wiggle Emma, she hasn't stopped carrying around the photos since. (I wrote about it here)
Our garden is looking great and most our meals include something that I get the kids to run out and pick. Yum!
This next week we have Poppy's school concert, last swimming classes for the year (Yay!), a couple of Christmas parties, Christmas cooking, a work dinner and the usual running around to get things organised before Christmas.
Happy Sunday!
Joining in with the beautiful Em at The Beetle Shack
