Three bean salsa

 We love this simple salsa at our place, I usually have the ingredients all ready in the pantry and it's very tasty which is handy too! If I'm making it just for the adults I will add a good dash of Tabasco to give it a bit of heat.

Bean & corn salsa

1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 cap corn, rinsed and drained

1/2 red capsicum, diced

1/2 yellow capsicum, diced

1/2 green capsicum, diced

2 Tsp balsamic vinegar 

2 Tsp lemon juice

Mix together all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
